MyCodes US makes no warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, without limitation, warranties regarding the business practices of the websites to which it links, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Affiliate Relationships and Paid Advertising

MyCodes US has affiliate accounts with some of the merchants featured on the site. No payment is accepted to post products; however, MyCodes US does receive referral fees when users click through links and purchase products from merchants with whom MyCodes US has affiliate relationships.

MyCodes US also accepts some paid advertising; however, when deciding what types of ads to run, MyCodes US endeavors only to allow ads and ad placement that will not interfere with the use and enjoyment of the site.

Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the Services must be commenced with one year after the claim or cause of action arises.
